2025 Billing and Policies

Initial consultation commitment to future scheduled sessions will also include the review of prior assessments, and upon request, the initial correspondence with professionals and teachers. $250 (1 hour)
One-on-one cognitive therapy, study skills, compensatory skill building, remediation, and educational therapy $175 - 200 per hr.
On-site school meetings & consultations $450.00
Phone correspondence (parents, teachers & therapists) ¼ hour free per month with a monthly commitment. Additional time is $175.00 per hr.
Learning profile: $499 - for clients with weekly sessions $599 - without weekly sessions.

POLICIES

Payments are expected at the beginning of each month.
Please be on time for your appointments to assure a full session and note that one-on-one sessions is about 60 minutes.
